TROUBLE BACKPACK OPTIONS

Thank you for all your aid but nothing worked as I still can’t do an iCloud back up. I did everything you claimed as well as restored from scratch and both my iPhone thirteen & iPhone XR concurrently can no more backup to the cloud. I also reset my modem but every little thing will work on both iPhones just the ICloud back up no more will work:(I
